I try to remind myself that while I may have a few bad days of eating here and there, I'm still making progress. Before I began my journey to health I had a few good eating days amongst many bad ones. So, putting everything into perspective, I'm doing pretty well.Wish my before picture wasn't so blurry, but you get the picture. There's a lot less meat on my face nowadays. I used to retain so much water when I ate junk that I felt like a balloon puffed up and ready to pop. My next big goal is to get out of the 200's. After that I want to reach 170, which will put me into the overweight category as opposed to obese.Getting there slowly but surely.
