I try to remind myself that while I may have a few bad days of eating here and there, I'm still making progress. Before I began my journey to health I had a few good eating days amongst many bad ones. So, putting everything into perspective, I'm doing pretty well.See this image largerWish my before picture wasn't so blurry, but you get the picture. There's a lot less meat on my face nowadays. I used to retain so much water when I ate junk that I felt like a balloon puffed up and ready to pop. My next big goal is to get out of the 200's.
