On the eve of New Year's Eve, let's take a moment to write down our 2021 goals so that we will become 42% more likely to achieve them.
This is the 3rd time I've been to the gym in 2021.
Guess what? That's three times more than I went to the gym in 2020.
Although I made a lot of positive changes in 2020, there is still more work to be done.
Humbly, I'm now adding another positive lifestyle change to continue to enhance my health & quality of life.
It's never too late to have a new beginning.
