Close! And I have 0-5 calories left for my maximum range today. First day of tracking everything and it took an hour to write up! But I worked out a few changes in a recipe that will cut it down for next time :)
my current walking might not be enough to lose many calories but it's still great thinking time and gets me moving
Great reminder for when you know you are doing well but the scale doesn't support this
Some days I could use some extra motivation but maybe not like this!
