Wishing all a Happy Thanksgiving
Did my food prep today. Took about two hours all in all. But atleast it's done and I'm set for the week. Having food prepared for the week is one of the biggest tools that helps me be successful
Down 1.5 and 3 inches. So excited. My commitment this year is to focus purely on building the proper foundation. If my foundation is solid the weight will come off as a result. I'm making small changes. Planning and preparing my food has been key. I feel mentally clear and really proud for honoring my commitment to me
I must admit that exercise for me is like nails on a chalk board. But I know it's important to my health and to keeping my diabetes in check. Today I am pleased to report that I achieved a 30 minute walk and alittle over a mile distance.
