On my way to losing 56 pounds come my wedding in August... promised to the most amazing woman in the world!
Here we go!!!Upstate NY, Dutchess County.... dont ask why we are on the road... my fiance wanted to take advantage of the weather and take me to breakfast at our local diner.. 😲Minus the home fries which i won't eat... breakfast is: 3 egg white omelette, grilled chicken breast, broccoli, mozzarella and onions ... fresh squeezed oj 😊💪
Mine on top... my fiance's on the bottom... yummy💪😁This just came up on my FB feed...AMAZING!
And to think, i was a soda JUNKIE!If only.....haha
Happy Friday!!!!Yesterday was my loves birthday.... who says you can't eat good and healthy....w a little bubbly to top the night off....
*Arugala salad w/shaved onions, trout and fat free vinaigrette
*Mozarella w/tomato and roasted red peppers
*Baked chicken breast w/roasted veggies
*Water and a congratulatory champagne glass.....
Still maintained what I wanted to stay away from and didn't indulge....

#EnjoyHealthyEatingMy 1st cup of coffee since Dec 31st, w/ 3 equal instead of an overload of sugar....I have to say I was scared...but to my surprise..."not bad" hmmmDinner:
*Baked pork chop
*Garlic mashed cauliflour
*Steamed chopped broccoli
Yummy!!!Interestingly enough....since I began this journey on Dec 31st, i haven't eaten just too eat... I've lost most of my appetite, and now only eat very little in the morning instead of the pig, cow and chicken... has this happened to many of you?
(I only drank 1/2 coffee and ate only 1/2 the egg)Wasn't feeling that hungry again.. but decided to munch on 2 of these delicious pancakes w/ honey for sweetness, some crystal lite fruit punch, an orange and water..... not badDinner:
