See this image largeryoyoma(2 comments)See this image larger1 year ago I weighed 171. Today I weigh 195. BUT, I maintained that through the second half of the year even without tracking. I was dangerously close to leaving Onederland at one point, but barely stayed under. My high 4 years ago was 299. Initial goal weight is 185, and all my clothes fit. Stretch goal is 169. Wonder if 2019 is the year I finally reach that? :)See this image largerThis blonde has been having more fun. One can hope that's true cause I need more fun in my life.(17 comments)See this image larger2014 was my highest weight. It’s been a roller coaster since then. I still weigh about 185, but I’m trying not to get upset by regains (15lbs eep), because I have come so far only by not giving up. No judgment, just Data. Progress, not perfection. Habits, not motivation. Weight loss is made in the kitchen, not the gym.See this image largerMy hair keeps getting longer! I've missed it!(3 comments)See this image largerI feel this graphic...See this image largerStarting BMI was 45.5, current is 26.0 (below 25 is ‘normal’ but I am THRILLED being ‘overweight.’). 128lbs gone. I logged my food, even when over budget, and blogged out my feelings instead of eating or drinking them.See this image largerSmall portions of my favorites and I brought mini-desserts. Even if I had over indulged, like I did last year, I didn’t get hung up on it. I should cook turkey again soon, though.See this image largerFighting the urge to eat when I know I’m not hungry. The stress is temporary. The 8lb weight regain was temporary (5 of that is gone again, I can recover). Even when I DO overeat, I’m not beating myself. I STILL track everything. It’s just Data, not a moral judgement. I would go over worse if I didn’t.See this image largerMy sister drew my mom's garden to surprise her with a custom 60th birthday cake. I joined in 2007 at 184 and got down to 181 before completely derailing and hitting a high of 299 seven years later. Today? I'm at 180, so, I'm finally back on track from 2007. 😏 Never give up. lol I haven't had any scale movement this month, and it flashed to 179, which got me way too excited. But, it settled here, and I'm happy. #mobilechat #deliciousdailymomentSee this image larger280 calorie breakfast. Chicken sausage and egg beaters. I've come a long way in the past year, taking back my power, and I can't wait to hear what the next year brings!!! #mobilechatSee this image largerOnly 5lbs from my original goal weight but have been hit with major hunger this past week. Really made bad choices with beer and poutine and BBQ and eating high, above my range even with my usual foods. BUT woke up today at only 1/2lb gain. I got lucky and back to my routine today. #mobilechatSee this image largerMeal prep before the heat of the day hits. De-skin the chicken before portioning into freezer bags. Broccoli my mom grew for me! #mobilechatSee this image larger210 calorie breakfast sandwich. Darned tasty. Used a flavored light cheese wedge instead of sliced cheese. Chicken sausage instead of pork. Bagel thins instead of bagel or croissant. And I add a bit of Cuban seasoning for color in my egg whites. Tip: the whole grain bagel thins have the same amount of protein and fiber as the white bagel thins, so don't forget to compare. #mobilechatSee this image largerUsed cod and Asian slaw to make fish tacos tonight on low carb tortillas. Less than 450 calories for 3 tacos. Mild taste, great meal on a hot day.See this image largerA year is a long time. 84lbs down makes it worth it to be consistent over time that would pass anyway. My starting BMI was 45.5, currently I'm at 30.7. So close to being Overweight instead of Obese. AND soooooo close to Onederland. #mobilechatSee this image largerMy mom posted a video from my birthday a couple years back. I couldn't resist taking a screenshot for comparison. Pretty big NSV doing rough terrain for that long with no pain! (Aside from my bad knee, but that always hurts lol.) #mobilechatSee this image largerOnly 5lbs from goal?!?! I've been at this since 2014 and kinda can't believe I've gotten this far! #mobilechat Starting BMI of 45.5, current BMI of 28.9.See this image largerI'M OVERWEIGHT!!! OMFSM, I never thought I'd see the day. Started in 2014 with a BMI of 45.5 (Obese Class III), and today I'm down to a BMI of 30.0 (Overweight). My goal weight is 185 (I'm 5'8"), which is in the Overweight range. I don't think I'd care for being Normal (125-164), but, we'll see how I feel once I get to goal and how I maintain.See this image largerBACK IN ONEDERLAND!!! Still remember being in chat over a year ago and seeing others post their victories. It helped keep me going. My ex-husband is stressing me out, which steals some of my happiness from the victory and knowing I'm not going as healthy on this as I had been. ~sighs~ Whatever, 101lbs down. ONE MORE and I'll be overweight instead of Obese!!! #mobilechatSee this image largerACK!!! The scale flashed to 199 for a second before settling on 201. Sooooooo close. That's nice to think. #mobilechatSee this image largerI live on a hill but the flooding is cutting me off from the rest of civilization for a few days. I cut a turkey burger in half to make 2 and used one slice of cheese for both burgers on 80 calorie whole grain buns. Used a sauce of lite sour cream, ketchup, relish and seasoning instead of mayo like I'd usually do. Really tasty and filling. #mobilechatSee this image largerSo, my soon-to-be-ex-husband emptied all our accounts and I haven't been grocery shopping yet as I first have to pay off the credit card charges he left me with... I should've done it years ago. #mobilechatSee this image largerOnly 10lbs from being overweight! I'm getting so excited. (I'm 5'8") Birthday week the scale jumped up 7lbs!!!
