Let's see if that helps with focus.Start of third day on Whole 30. Got my weight training in today. All is good. today was cardio. I started 30 minutes late. And I overshot my 2 hour 'time block' for fitness. Will fix that. got it done, but not without some contemplation. How much of it is necessary? is trying all sorts of things. did a rethink..not on the list...but on the time of activity. I learn pretty quickly. is going to have another great day. Because that's what I'm planning on having! :-) is doing alright! It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood! :-)Not to quote Poltergeist or anything...but...I'M Back!!!finished the 5K running program this morning at 4AM. Next up 10k and resistanceYeah. It's me again. Prepping for 2020.Got it done again this morning...,Just got a simple receipe from a friend. He called them cabbage steaks. Slice the cabbage, drizzle oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper...roast at 350-400 (depending on your time) for 30 minutes, or until they're whatever doneness you prefer. Almost impossible to mess up.Got mornings workout in. The rest of the day will be a cakewalk..and, foind hoe set my status in the mobile! Winning!!!Got my workout done. i’m working on using the mobile app page for “Spark Points” as my checklist. although i drink a lot of water, i don’t feel like tracking it. i’ll try to turn that off today. After...i dunno...10years... :-) i’m following the mobile Sparkpeople app. and going through the checklist there. i’m hoping this gives me the check for “Community” post. lol. y’all have a great day. And if you haven’t listened to Dr. Byrd’s video on how 5 minutes can make a difference....then i recommend it.Almost didn't keep streak today. But, I had a great day. Feeling a little shakey but I didn’t over do...so I’m fine. Have a great day. Got it done...time to get to the planning part of my day. Today was 30 minutes cardio, then biceps. I can tell I’ll be a little sore... but I’ll also be a little stronger...even it is just a little.I couldn’t get the photo I wanted...this is close enough. Had a great day with grandkids and daughter. Wife doing better. Getting ready for the coming lockdown. You should be too. Just saying.Spent the day clearing 7 of these, plus some other areas. I let them grow over the winter. This year got out of hand because of all the rain. If you haven’t started yet...plant. You may need it. Tracking the time per lap...will quicken it as I continue.During this time, I have no plan that includes being in a gym. We are back in Middle Georgia. Our street is shaped like an eight. Each side is a mile long. One section has four hills. This is the section I walked this morning & the time. Plan is to lower the time. Simple Trackable Achievable Necessary .. see my blog for more info.This semi retired life is working me harder than full time! She never made me go to the library before. What? It’s for the grandkids. Alrighty then. Let’s go!!! But we’re walking :-)Good Monday Morning!!!Got my walk in..38:14 means I reduced time by around a minute. Did the whole 2 mile block rather than breaking it into two separate walks. I did time each section though. Got my morning walk/run/trudge in. Started at 38+ minutes last week. Closer to 30 minute goal today. My partner keeps me motivated.Got the week & day started out good. I can tell though...I’ll have some days slower than this. My goal is to be below 30 consistently by the end of May. #BeforeAndAfter #BeSafe #StayAtHomeJust so you know, you’re inspiring others. Yes. You. Whoever is reading this. Had my ear buds in and it scared the beegeezus out of me. :-)It’s been a tough 20 days. Shelter in place orders in both homes. But on the bright side, I know what this is!! Do you?It’s been a tough couple of months. Told Cheryl that regardless of what else is happening we have to start moving again. Everything hurts or is stiff. Hope all is well with everyone.
