I haven't even been logging my calorie intake each day. However, I weighed in this morn and I haven't gained anything over the past 3 weeks either.
So once again, its time....
I've logged what my meals will be for today, and still have 3-400 calories I can play with (even after my glass of coke this morn). So hopefully today will be a good day :)
I'm sitting at 81.8 kilos at the moment, and I would dearly love to get back into the 70s. So thats my first goal from now. I want to lose 2-3 kilos in the next 6-8 weeks.
Once again, I'm not going to overdo it. I want this weightloss to be sustainable - so all I'm going to do is count the calories I'm eating, have lots more veggies, and drink lots more water. I'm still going to have my favourites and my coke though - otherwise I will fail again.
So here comes the 70s (minus the bellbottoms! LOL!)....
