Weigh In!

Today I weighed in at my WW meeting at.. 161.4 lbs!

I have lost 3.5 lbs in two weeks, which I am thrilled with. I turned 19 last Friday and I refused to limit myself that day, which meant cake, ice cream, restaurant food- the works. I was so worried that I would either gain or stay the same. I am normally all for staying the same (maintaining is good!) but staying the same over two weeks is not okay for my goals.

Speaking of goals, I have worked out a little "goal chart" for myself to keep me motivated for the next six weeks. I return home to Ireland August 10, and I would love to walk off the plane at 150 lbs. That means I would have to lose 11 lbs in 6 weeks. It is certainly an attainable goal, but realistically I know that I may not get there, due to my lack of self control with delicious American foods. So, I have decided that I would like to be in the 150-155 range when I get home. That means that I would have to lose 1 lb average (at least) at each weigh in. I hope that I can do it!

    I'm sure you'll be able to do it!!!!!!! You are the one with control so each time you see some delicious american food you shouldn't be eating think "Is this going to help me get to my goal?" And if the answer is no say to yourself "I'm strong I'm focus and I'm going to eat healthy"
