Today I weighed in at my WW meeting at.. 161.4 lbs!
I have lost 3.5 lbs in two weeks, which I am thrilled with. I turned 19 last Friday and I refused to limit myself that day, which meant cake, ice cream, restaurant food- the works. I was so worried that I would either gain or stay the same. I am normally all for staying the same (maintaining is good!) but staying the same over two weeks is not okay for my goals.
Speaking of goals, I have worked out a little "goal chart" for myself to keep me motivated for the next six weeks. I return home to Ireland August 10, and I would love to walk off the plane at 150 lbs. That means I would have to lose 11 lbs in 6 weeks. It is certainly an attainable goal, but realistically I know that I may not get there, due to my lack of self control with delicious American foods. So, I have decided that I would like to be in the 150-155 range when I get home. That means that I would have to lose 1 lb average (at least) at each weigh in. I hope that I can do it!
