Body for Life

So I started this new program called body for life and I have been on it for about a month. I have lost 10 pounds so far. It works great but I just don't see a difference yet. I guess I am just being impatient. I get up early in the morning and work out and eat 6 small meals a day. But I still feel very tired through out the day. I think the reason is because I don't eat enough fruits and veggies. It's hard to get every thing right.

    "It's hard to get every thing right. " Isn't THAT the truth?

    Possibly 10 lbs is too much for you a month and that's why you're tired. Be careful of too much too soon.

    Congratulations on the weight loss. That is outstanding! Make sure you are following the spark guidelines for your diet. Are you exercising and taking vitamins? I noticed that I get tired easily when I forget my vitamins.
