Body for Life

So I started this new program called body for life and I have been on it for about a month. I have lost 10 pounds so far. It works great but I just don't see a difference yet. I guess I am just being impatient. I get up early in the morning and work out and eat 6 small meals a day. But I still feel very tired through out the day. I think the reason is because I don't eat enough fruits and veggies. It's hard to get every thing right.
