Year 2, Day 4

This whole day has been a little off kilter. Hubby decided since it was my birthday, he would turn the alarm off and I slept in till after 7 this morning. Normally by then it is too hot to walk but today it was still nice out so was out for a walk a little before 8 and it was nice. I like being able to walk a bit later in the day and looking forward to fall!!
Dad hasn't felt good today-think he might have gotten some food poisoning-he tends to keep things in the fridge and if I don't catch it and throw them out he eats them and I think that might have happened. He was supposed to go out to lunch with us today (he hates eating out but was going for my birthday) but we decided he needed to eat light and better he stay home so hubby and I went to Ruby Tuesdays alone.
We have had a nice little shower tonite so I won't have to water the flowers tonite. Hubby took me to Lowes this afternoon after lunch and I found some nice bargains-some plants were half off and when I went to the register, the cashier took half again-woo hoo-Happy Birthday!
