First 10 Pounds Lost

I finally did it. I lost the first 10 pounds. I am so happy!!! It took longer than I thought it would but I am very satisfied with the results. My clothes fit so much better and the spare tire I was carrying around my middle is more like a bicycle tire now.
The fall offers some challenges because the spinning schedule changes and I will be going from 5x a week to 2x a week. I could do 3x a week if I was willing to give up yoga on Tuesday but I am not sure I am willing to do this. My personal training sessions are ending and I am switching to a Women on Weights class 2x a week. So I am going from an hour a week of weight training to 2 hours a week. I want to add 2 one hour sessions of cardio concentrating on treadmill and elliptical.
Looking forward to the fall and getting another 10 pounds off.
