Friday-Finally!

Lots of dr appts this week-had 2 this morning for hubby. The eye dr is going to continue monitoring his cataract and overall vision for now and so we have to return in 4 mo. A little bit later in the morning, we went to the ortho dr and he is wanting to try medicine on his shoulder first and if that doesn't work, then he will get a cortisone shot. Have to be really careful with his meds since he has some kidney disease so can't stay on this stuff very long without side affects.
These are more reasons to try to stay as healthy as one can. He never goes out in the sun without sunglasses (a major cause of cataracts) and wishes someone had warned him when he was young. The kidney disease is a complication of his hbp and he has been taking meds for it for 20 yrs but it has been difficult to get under control so please everyone, if you have hbp, then try to get the numbers down and watch it because it is a Silent Killer.
