Giving Thanks

I just want to say how thankful I am that I live in the USA where we are free and can say and do pretty much what we please. That does not come without a price, we have many defending that right for us. I have a nephew in Afghanistan right now and want to say how proud I am of what he is doing. He and all the others who put their lives on the line every day are the true heroes, not Hollywood personalities or politicians.
As we enter this season of Thanksgiving, I want to take each and every day this month and realize how much we-as a nation=have to be thankful for and try to let others know. Should there be someone out there having a tough time, maybe this will help them take a moment and count their blessings instead of feeling down.
Today I am concentrating on our military and their families and praying for all of them-their safety and that their families receive the support they need. As we head to Veteran's Day this week, please join me in praying for all of our troops.
