Happy Monday

After such a terrible day yesterday, today has been great. Hubby got up this morning to walk with me and we did a little over 3 miles. That started things off right. Had to watch the eagles as I think they thought Abbie was breakfast but kept her close and all was well.
I got most of my outside decorating done at home which is a relief. I am not doing as much here as previous years since I did so much all over the park,
I saw a 4 ft black snake while I was in my garden working to get ready to put up lights but left it alone since they keep the bugs and rodents down.
Dad was so nice today, so maybe our little tiff yesterday brought out something good - at least for now.
This afternoon we got a call from our grandson, Jeremy-the one in the bad motorcycle accident in Aug-that their little girl had arrived. Jocelyn weighed in at 6 lb 3 oz and is 18 in long. Mom and baby are doing good. Jeremy is still going to therapy and still don't know whether he will ever be able to work. Right now his short term memory is horrible and he isnt able to drive yet. Keep the family in your prayers,
The old saying, "What a difference a day makes" is certainly true for me.
Have a great week everyone!
