Good Monday

Monday, June 27, 2011

Today was our first day of dh and I going to work out at the same time. He had to be there by 9:30 for rehab at the hospital so I dropped him off a few minutes after 9 and then I headed on over to The Wellness Center which is about 2 miles from there. I did a 50 min workout today since I wasn't sure how it would go for him and I got back right as he came out the door so it did good. Now I have an idea of what will work for both of us. DH was really scared about this but he did fine and I am hoping that after a couple of weeks he will get into this as I know it will really be good for him.
The inspectors are supposed to be out tomorrow to check out the swimming pool and here is hoping that we get the approval to get it back open. It has been down for 4 months-since the wind storm blew our screen covering down! Then they had to refinish the whole interior, this past week they found a ground wire wasn't connected so the pool had to be drained and that fixed and now it is refilled, it has been a comedy of errors!
We are even getting some little showers which are welcome so I don't have to spend hours every nite watering all my "weeds" (dh's term for my flowers).

I am glad you are getting your routines worked out and that he is getting out too. I love your "weeds" picture. My husband doesn't like my flowers or indoor plants. Thankfully my flower beds are separated from the yard by a concrete walkway or he would mow them off.

Happy things are going well. Even if they were weeds, if you enjoy growing them, they are beautiful.
