We have been watching the Casey Anthony trial and I will be glad when it is finally over. The media have made a circus of everything and down here it is about all we hear on the news. I think we are all going to breathe a sigh of relief and I only pray the jury will be able to come to a verdict and not be hung. I have to say listening to everything I have changed some of my opinions. The real loser is a poor child who didn't get a chance to grow up and it has left a family torn asunder. I even understand Cindy doing everything to try to save her daughter from death. We may not always like our children and their actions but I don't think we ever quit loving them.
All this makes me thankful that I am not that family or sitting on the jury who has to make this decision.
May we all take a moment to reflect on this and hug our children and let them know how much we care. Life comes at us and things change and we have no control over a lot of this, so never leave without letting your loved ones know how you feel.
