I've wanted to use kettlebells as part of my weight training but I could not find a class to get me started. This month my club, RiverBend Athletic Club in Wakefield RI offered a four week class for beginners. I signed up right away. The class has five participants plus the instructor. I really enjoy the class. I was very sore after the first class but after that no so much. Just a good soreness like you expect when you work out. The class meets once a week for 45 minutes. There are four classes.
I had some money on my Amazon account so I ordered two kettlebells and only paid $7 for them including shipping. My husband called to tell me they arrived today so I will get to use them.
the class will be offered again in September. Depending on the schedule of other classes I may sign up again.
