I have been coasting too long. I am exercising but not losing, I go down 4 or 5 lbs and then back up so it is time to get serious and if I get it off then I need to keep it off!
I plan to get DH signed up at The Wellness Center when he finishes rehab and then we can work out at the same spot. That will make my life a little easier.
I plan to take a little more time for myself this month since it seems I take the back burner most of the time.
I have to go back to the dr in Mar and she has asked for me to be down another 10 lbs but I would like it to be 25 so I am officially declaring that as my goal on here.
