Winter plateau

Well winter is here and again i am at a plateau again this year. I have joined Jan. jumpstart's am in week 2 all is going well .The same thing happened last year i am loosing inches but not weight . Wishing all success in 2012 .

    Before I knew I was losing weight, was by the difference in the way my clothes hung. It happens.

    A FUNNY: I knew I needed new underwear, because when I walked, my undies were waving because I had lost the weight. hahaha
