At our live meeting on Monday, someone mentioned Lauren's Vitality Challenge. Just the thing I have been looking for. I joined the same day. What a great challenge.
My goals for the 15 days are:
Fitness --> to make fitness a habit. I am going to the gym 6 to 7 times per week with a definite plan in mind each day of what I will accomplish.
Nutrition --> to fix my lunch and breakfast the night before.
Personal --> to love myself and accept myself as I am as I work toward a new me.
