BLC Challenge: Break Time Plan

My plan of attack between rounds is to continue working on my mobility after having surgery (a hip replacement) so that I can hit the ground running when the next round starts. I'll continue to track my food (I've done it for so long it's a habit) and I'll continue to get in whatever strengthening and cardio exercise I am capable of doing as I progress with healing. I will check in often with my group and continue down the path of healthy living. I am so excited to start this next chapter of my life with a pain-free hip! Such a blessing.
