Kindrid Update

Great news-Kindrid is home-the kids got to bring her home late Saturday evening. Even better news was that is was not the shunt but a really bad case of the flu. That poor child was put thru way too many tests by one dr but thankfully the kids stood firm and would not let them do the spinal tap. That is way too dangerous when there was only a 1% chance that this involved the shunt.
However, now my son has come down with the flu! He has been ill since about 1 am. He is hoping he gets better in a day or so so he can return to his job. He can't afford to take off too long but can't go back when he is so ill either. Please keep all of them in your prayers as I fear that the other 5 kids and mom will likely come down with this before it is over.
