I haven't blogged for several weeks-how fast time is passing. I am glad we both are finally feeling better. We both had colds after the flu so only got over that about 10 days ago and DH isn't feeling great again. I worry that his resistance is so low and he is prone to catch anything that is around.
I am back to walking daily-it took me a week or so to build back up to my 10,000 steps a day but I pretty much get them in every day. I have started a yoga class this past week and trying to get back to going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I have a buddy who wants to go so we are going to set up a time and make it a scheduled thing like my walking.
I have stabilized and haven't been losing any more weight but have continued to lose inches. I am thinking I should go back on my strict lean protein diet for a week to see if that will help me kick it in again. I have gone from a size 22 to a size 16 since Oct so feeling good about that.
I have to go to my dr in early Mar and will have bloodwork done the 1st so will see what that tells us. I have checked my bloodsugar a couple of times and once it was 98 and the other time 99 so thinking I am doing good. Sure a lot better than the 125 it was when I had bloodwork done before my last visit to the dr.
I guess I will find out my true progress Mar 11 when I see the dr!
