Q3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
**Add strength training back into my workout
-Being sick (still) I'm still so tired. I haven't done any cardio is a while because of my breathing, but lately I've just been too tired to do much. I have done some weights at home (I have 5lb & 8lb) but haven't made it a habit yet. I really need to start/restart one of those bootcamps. I wish I felt better. I need to really carve out some time at night and just do some weights.
**Less sweets/candy/sugar
-I don't keep any candy in my office where it's visible (it's in a drawer). I do keep some on my boss' table, but I usually don't eat it. I don't want to deprive myself of chocolate, but will try and stick to 'better' dark chocolate and not candy. Again, I'll drink a cup of tea if I want something sweet and then decide if I really want chocolate.
