Today I'm keeping track of what I eat
In the year 2012, I gave up sugar for a year and lost 30 lbs
Then I caved into sugar at the holidays
Now I hope to get back into healthy eating, exercise and making new habits
Sooo, looking forward to meeting new spark friends
And using all the wonderful tools sparkpeople offer
