Where does time go????

Is there a big conspiracy going on??? I get up and think of all the things I need to get done and plan my day and before I know it, it is evening and so often I don't get everything done and I just shake my head!
I think it is something like why one day we suddenly wake up and our clothes don't fit anymore! There are little time robbers out there and we can't see them but they take up little globs of time without us even realizing it.
I had a productive morning from 6:30 till 10:30. I got my walk in, did about 90 min of weeding and ran to Lowes for more supplies for our shower project. Then those little time robbers appeared.
I sat down to take care of some odd and ends of paperwork. I always check our credit card statement to the receipts. Today there was a strange $4 charge on it. I could not figure out what it was for. It was small and I could have just ignored it, but I don't do that-I was an accounting manager for almost 25 years so little things bug me if they don't balance! I called the credit card company and they did a little looking on it for me-they said it was an internet charge for some advertising! Told them I didn't make the charge and it sounded pretty "fishy" to me. The gal I was talking to agreed and then she transferred me to the fraud unit. After going over this again the lady here also agreed that this was likely a scam. Somehow someone had gotten our credit card information and was putting through a small charge to see if we were paying attention and if they got this by us, they would go for bigger amounts. The account is now closed so surprise to those scammers-they aren't going to get anything!! Those little time robbers-this took me almost an hour!
Next up was getting online to reorder DH's medicine. That should have taken 10 minutes at most. Well, it took 39 minutes. The system would not let me log on so I had to call in and yes, I did order the medicine verbally, but I wanted to be able to do this online so then I had to get tech support and get everything reset. So 39 minutes later I got that accomplished.
Does anyone else have little time stealers and how do you deal with them????
Of course I am also taking care of DH, he requires eye drops 4x a day, 3 different drops administered 5 minutes apart so more time stealing. I can't do much between putting in the drops or I have to go wash up again as we have to be really careful of infection.
Guess I best get off here and busy before those little time stealers find me and rob me of more of my time!!
