Hello Everyone!

Happy New Year!

I just enJOYed a wonderful Christmas w/my family! I'm sorry if I worried anyone because I haven't been logging on. Reason being was that the computer was in the den & my grandson was sleeping on the sofa bed in there, so I didn't have access to the 'puter early in the morning. Once they were up, I was making breakfast & spending time w/them before we headed out for the day. I've missed you all though! I'm doing well, still in healing mode! No exercise, not yet. I can't wait until I can, trust me!

I hope everyone is well! I've missed you! I hope ya all don't mind but I'm gonna share some photos of my time w/the kids. Happy New Year!!!

It's the long lost Gwen. I've been MIA on Spark People for many reasons and my weight sure shows the MIA inactivity.
I'm sorry I haven't been keeping up with you to know what you're recovering from, but I hope it will soon be a thing of the past.
I loved the pictures of your family.
I am going to try to do better this year. I did drop out of 2 major committees I was on, so hopefully that will give me a little more time to be organized in everything, including what I'm eating. I'm going to take it slow.

Looks like you had a blast with your family and I am so jealous of that warm sunshine. As I have shoveled 3 times today and am so cold. But at least I too have relaxed during my break from work and students. I have been reading and enjoying my new Kindle Fire HD that my husband bought. He also bought my sparker tracker which I started using today! Glad to hear from you.
