Today's Work Out 2/10/14

So I've been messaged a couple times about what a work out looks like for me so I figured I would just blog it and let everyone see. Right now I'm coming off a pretty rough hip injury so there is not running at the moment or a ton of legs. So remember this is just a suggestion, always consult a physician before you start working out, and work to your ability.
So I did 5 rounds, you can tailor this to how many you can do or feel up to. One round consists of
20 punches on each arm
20 kettle bell swings
20 hooks on each arm
20 weighted calf raises
20 jabs on each arm
20 sit ups
I do a 1 min rest in between each round to get water and breath. You aren't necessarily going for speed on this one, but getting that max number of reps.
