Reasons to loss weight
1. Look better - Need to focus on toning, don't want my upper arms to wave more than my hand. Would like to wear Tank tops again. emoticon
2. Feel better - don't want to feel completely drained anymore. emoticon
3. Be healthy - don't want to end up like my mother emoticon
