New Workout Round Started

Today have started a new round of p90x/Insanity hybrid and set the macros in the SparkPeople food tracker to 40% carbs 40% protein and 20% good fats for 1500 to 1750 calories per day. After having a very successful round in 2012 and then going on a bit of a baking spree I have about 5 inches to lose in my waist. Eating good food when I want makes me happy. I'm happy tracking what I eat at least until I don't want to anymore....I usually feel like my good habits kick in enough after about 2-3 weeks...but time will tell.
