BLC 25 Start

We are in week 1 of the Biggest Loser Challenge (BLC) round 25. I am aiming to complete the fitness streak for this challenge (work out at least 20 minutes 5 days a week). I am working on doing my bootcamp video for the first week or two of this challenge. I am moving an hour away in this next week to an area plentiful with bike trails. I plan on exploring the area when we move so I will naturally get exercise that way. I also plan on trying out different exercise videos (I have amazon prime and found out that there is an exercise category in the instant video category)
Goals:
Get to 145lbs at the end of this BLC round
Workout at least 20min a day for 5 days a week

pushups (modified knee) 19 (redo since toddler ran over hand with tricycle)
crunches 18
3 minute step test (before/after/1min later heart rate) 70/119/74
