Moving on to yoga, treadmill, and tennis.

I did a good number of workouts to begin with for my most recent round of p90x/insanity hybrid, and I have been playing tennis regularly too. Outside of playing tennis once or twice a week I am starting a new treadmill plan to get in half marathon ready shape. I have a great playlist of yoga instruction on my YouTube for cross training as well as recovery and flexibility/strength training. emoticon Namaste

    Turns out I got on one of the elliptical machines. Tennis has really helped my stamina...I did about 4 miles no problemo...now to see if it will make my tennis better too!! :)

    the treadmill is okay for training but stationary bike is better. but the best of all is running on the road.
