Moving on to yoga, treadmill, and tennis.

I did a good number of workouts to begin with for my most recent round of p90x/insanity hybrid, and I have been playing tennis regularly too. Outside of playing tennis once or twice a week I am starting a new treadmill plan to get in half marathon ready shape. I have a great playlist of yoga instruction on my YouTube for cross training as well as recovery and flexibility/strength training.
