Self-Discipline day 2

Thanks for the advice on self-discipline in my last blog. I have heard to try small attainable goals and I have tried that, and then totally forget that I even have a goal. Maybe I need big signs around my house. Hmmm...I could clear the magnets off my refrigerator and put some kind of big goal-oriented paper up there. My problem is things like that only seem to last a few days and then they blend into the background and I start ignoring them. Something is going to work and I'm going to keep trying until I figure it out!!
