BLC25 Week 12

I have been running more and doing a lot of biking since my last blog post. I have also started tracking my meals, using 'the spark solution' as my meal planner. So far it's working as the weight is steadily dropping! I have become more away of my snacking and portion sizes....that's the thing I'm liking most about this book and that is my favorite NSV this round.

My 12 week fit test:
in one minute:
Pushups (modified knee): start-19, wk6-26, wk12-27
crunches: start-18, wk6-25, wk12-28
3 minute step test (before/after/1min later heart rate)
start- 70/119/74, wk6- 60/132/79, wk12- 61/144/88
1 mile run: start- 14m56s, wk6- 14m18s, wk12- 14m50s

Between now and the start of the next BLC round I plan on continuing my meal plans and running/biking as my primary source of exercise. I plan on incorporating some exercise videos that focus on strength but I may focus more on that when the next round starts.
