I will lose weight this time. I know I have tried and failed but this time I have attitude and am using it!
Here are my starting numbers:
1 mile run: 16 min 24 sec
plank: 32.5 sec
real pushups: 4
I have started a 12 week boot camp dvd program--it's tough and I am sore but I will see results!
I also plan to alternate my boot camp days with running days (at my own pace). In the mix, especially once the weather here in the south cools down, I will walk more and ride my bike.
I recently learned that I have hypothyroidism so losing weight is harder which means I will have to work harder.
I am going to try my best to post daily on my team, because that helps me stay accountable which keeps me more focused on the challenge.
