I’m doing the Healthy Habits Reset Challenge!
It’s a spring challenge to re-prioritize our goals. I’ve actually been pretty motivated and focused on my goals for a few months, but I’m still up for the daily lessons we’ll get from the challenge.
Day 1 is to set my goal, and list 3 reasons why it’s important to me.
Goal: commit to strength training
weights 3x per week and yoga at least 1x per week
1 - feel strong and steady
2 - increase my muscle mass %
3 - strengthen bone density
