A Love Hate Relationship

I started going to Cross Fit classes a few months ago. I still swim 3-4 times a week. I work to get 10,000 steps on my Fitbit everyday. Cross Fit is really tough and I am one of the oldest and heaviest in the class. The instructor is very good about adapting the workouts for me so that I can do them. I love the rowing machines. Even when I was in elementary school I could not do a chin up or climb a rope. Now I am doing a very modified pull up. I confess sometimes I kind of dislike going to "the box" to workout but once I am there I am so glad I went. I will not quit.....
