Today's assignment is to list 10 reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change! Use I can statements.
1. I can start today!
2. I can maintain the goal I have worked so hard to achieve
3. I can be proactive in maintaining my healthy lifestyle
4. I can be slim after menopause.
5. I can be in better shape to have fun with my grand kids
6. I can continue to garden if I pace myself
7. I can be proud of the work I do .I may not do as much but it is still good work
8. I can live happily on the path I am on right now.
9. I can eat what ever I what if I use moderation
10. I can be proud of myself for keeping up the good work
