I don't know about everyone else, but I am a to-do list kind of person. I haven't been logging my food and that was a mistake as I didn't lose any weight in July. I want to start again and get the scale moving in the right direction. I started the year off right-went on the 17 Day Diet and it worked-I lost 19 lbs in 63 days and then I got complacent and thought I could continue losing without putting in the work-didn't happen so as I start another month, I find it is time to start over and this is the start of holding myself accountable.
