Hello, Sparkers!

I am thinking of signing up for a couple of online (free) classes to keep myself sane during all of this down time. It is rather disturbing to watch my house get messier and my muscles atrophy, so I don't know if it will work, but I am looking into it. :)

* Exercise: ~ 4 week hiatus ~
* Healthy Food: Okay.
* Qigong or...?: String figures
* Clear the clutter: General kitchen decluttering

    sounds like a great plan.... the mind is a terrible thing to waste. BTW I've heard that you can visualize a work out and it can help with the atrophy. don't know how accurate the research is but it might be worth a try. =}

    I'm sorry about the unwanted rest weeks!
    What are you allowed to do? Any upper body exercise, or mat workouts?
    No swimming or walking I guess...
