Day #91 of 100 ~ Creating an Energetic Life

Hello, Sparkers!



Do you find it difficult to stay alert when sitting for long periods of time? I don't necessarily fall asleep, but I get really tired and have trouble concentrating. (It happens even on the rare occasions when I've gotten enough sleep.) When I play games with friends, they have to poke me when it is my turn because I get all zoned out. I don't have this problem at the computer because it takes such a tiny amount of mental energy (and I have been "training" at that for a long time, haha). I try to move around, which helps but is not often feasible. To be honest, eating every half hour or so keeps me alert, but that's not such a great idea! ;)




Today:
* Exercise: ~ 4 week hiatus ~
* Healthy Food: Did NOT pig out on cake at social gathering 0:-)
* Qigong or...?: String figures
* Clear the clutter: Bad clutter day...did not put away "going out" stuff :-/
