Am working on activity and sleep issues.
I've gotten out my exercise/activity journal and recorded yesterday's and today's (so far) steps/mileage, minutes/type/repetitions of exercise.
COMMENT: writing it out this way made me want to do more... and I did.
Reviewed my sleep/restless/wake pattern from last night.
Refilled my D3 prescription, bought the doctor-recommended B-12 vitamins and the ran-out-2-months-ago multivitamin that the doc says I need to resume (following last week's bloodwork). COMMENT: Doc says the magnesium in the vitamins should help me.
Energy and sleep-quality are more of a concern to me than the weight at present.
