Am working on activity and sleep issues.

I've gotten out my exercise/activity journal and recorded yesterday's and today's (so far) steps/mileage, minutes/type/repetitions of exercise.
COMMENT: writing it out this way made me want to do more... and I did.

Reviewed my sleep/restless/wake pattern from last night.
Refilled my D3 prescription, bought the doctor-recommended B-12 vitamins and the ran-out-2-months-ago multivitamin that the doc says I need to resume (following last week's bloodwork). COMMENT: Doc says the magnesium in the vitamins should help me.
Energy and sleep-quality are more of a concern to me than the weight at present.

    What could be more essential than energy? And sleep is a vital part of the energy equation...makes much sense to focus on this, agreed!

    Excellent .. a multi , plenty of D3 and B12 and magnesium.. make a great combination for maintaining energy, good sleep and elimination of leg cramps.

    Well done Sam. I have been told to take magnesium too.
    I am starting to go for small walks again and I feel so much
    better about it, but i do get tired and my leg/knee is throbbing.
