I have lost another pound! so GRATEFUL for SPARKPOEOPE and all I've learned through the site!

me after the car accident Car accident happened August 31 2014. This pic was taken December 7th, 2014. :( I was swollen from all of the meds DR had me on.




2 weeks ago:




I have now lost a total of 215 - 161 = 54 pounds!





When I lose 7 more pounds I will be at a GOOD BMI ! So excited about all of this now. Don't give up!
Started at 215:
At the time of the car accident I was down to 175 and looked ok healthy, felt good walked daily and stuck to my diet. then the car accident kept me from walking the meds and I put on the weight to 195-200.
Now I'm back on track and losing at a comfortable rate!
