Joined Spark today, trying to take better care of myself. Started at 135, in Oct. now I weigh 119 in Jan. Lost 14 lbs., so far. Yaay!! Bought Weight Watcher scale, has body fat,body weight, bmi, and bone mass. Eating plenty of veggies, fruit, no fried food,baked meats, salad. No bread, drinking plenty of water, staying busy I think is the key for me. Plus take care of an Alzheimer's patient (latter stage). My husband complains of eating too much, need to lose weight. He keeps on eating anyway!! I can't make him. He has to do that himself!! But for me seeing results!! Yaay!!
