De-Clutting my life & my body is responding, 4 # down, too! Time zooms in my amazing life!

5-10-16 "EVERY SMILE IS A DIRECT ACHIEVEMENT"- Yogi Tea

It has been 'fun' getting back from my trip to see my Mom , (the most magnificent woman on the planet ) & going through storage. I released a storage unit 10'X6', & 4 pounds! I made some money, doing it. "They" came & bought everything in the unit, old mattress, too. Also, a desk & dresser & old hats & blankets, costume jewelry from my other 2 units. (They hold the marionettes I am not using, right now & no place at home for all these things, 5 hours away). The team that came are Estate & liquidators, in a VERY rural area. The saying goes, de-clutter your world & your body will de-clutter, too! It is happening for me, for sure! Before I left I cleaned our garage, so I could bring Marionettes & staging, that I need here.

I am REALLY on a clean up & out, kick. I had a closet pole break & that was the start! IF I KNOW I will not use something or have any emotional attachment to it, over the past 2 years, it's out. I am kind of turning into a 'minimalist' from a 'pack rat'. The TV show, 'Tiny house hunters' is showing me, I can use ALLOT less things to have a happy life! As I was in storage, I was able to release things that I KNOW I would never use in shows, for displays, our home, etc. I donated MANY bags to the humane society. I saved some things to sell, here at home & I still have about a year or so of going through all of my many, fun things. DH is doing the cleaning process, too, although not as much as I am. IT FEELS GREAT! I buy things a Goodwill. I ALWAYs find amazing things. I'm SURE if I need something, I will find it, again. (Except, the hand made art pieces from my families marionette business) Just to give you an idea, I have EVERY photo & negative I have EVER taken since 1968! Jr. High school friends I do not even know! Taking up about 1 foot square & 12 feet high, that's NUTS!!!! With all the digital options for me, WHY? PLUS my Mom & Uncle (he has to move, soon) are trying to give me ALL of their things they don't use or need or want any more. I am being VERY discerning about what I say yes, to! SO MUCH STUFF, I feel WONDERFUL having space to create.

I like to make masks, I found my box of them in storage. Here are some photos, they could be better pics, but they are in storage! Haha! Soon I will be able to make more, if I want, because of space! YEAH!

5-14-16 Today was a busy day of Laundry, hiking & shopping for food. Lucy pup had a lovely walk, too! Starting to feel like summer! 95 today! Be Happy & I will too!

5-16-16 from me, today: I haven't said it to many on SP, but I burned my left hand my last day visiting my Mom 5-4-16 & it is finally healing enough that I can wash my own hair & do things I need to get done, using a plastic bag over gause. I've been resting ALLOT. My nurse said to just keep attending to it & let it rest. It IS finally doing just that!! I was on such a GREAT momentum of de-cluttering & releasing & organizing, before AND during my trip to see my Mom, it slowed me way down. Today, I FINALLY finished 6 loads of laundry, SO happy I didn't have to haul everything to the river, LOL! DH will be happy to have clean clothes, too, it's been 3 weeks for him! Don't get me wrong, we could go another 3 weeks without washing them, (we have MANY clothes to choose from), but we would need to buy more underthings! Thinking of all of you!
