After heart to heart with my husband we talked about our lifestyle and things we're not happy with and things we would like to change. Much to my surprise he too was feeling the need to set some new priorities. We really have been just slacking off with our health and our spiritual activities. We have some big changes and big goals in the long run. We made a plan to start changing the small things now to help us toward our long term goals and needed changes.
Even if the goal of the long run is never reached, what we will gain from pushing ourselves in the right direction will be only good things.
