My Plank & Wall Sit Challenge

I've just completed Day 4 last night. Below is the schedule I'm using but I did start out doing two reps each since it is short to begin with. Tonight is a full minute so I will see if I am up to doing two reps. I am also walking and working out to a 30 Minute DVD (thank you Coach Nicole). So far I am noticing that I have more energy, feel stronger and I am getting toned up already. I'm also watching the diet carefully. I'm down 1 pound so far. I hope I can stick with this and not blow it on the weekends. This weekend won't be too challenging. I'll give you an update on Monday.
