Update on Plank & Wall sit Challenge

Last night I completed Day 14. I'm halfway through already. I had to switch to the plank on my elbows instead of with my arms extended because I was starting to get some bad headaches. I am also using the same schedule to do my wall sit challenge. I am having to slide up the wall a little to be able to hold the pose so long but I'm continuing on. As I get stronger I will try to hold the pose lower again. Last night was 1 min 45 second plank. I really feel like this is making me stronger and more toned. I was able to be on my feet almost all day on Saturday and took a 4 mile walk too. My ankle with has a metal rod and pins in it is doing so much better from the wall sits. I recommend this to any one who has arthritis in their ankle.
