Woman's World Article

I was reading in Woman's World magazine and came across a small article that I thought had a good suggestion. It brought out that people are more likely to achieve goals if they take time to write down each morning the steps they are going to take that day to help them reach that goal. Making specific plans and scheduling specific times for activities that lead you to your goal greatly increases success.
I've been trying it out and it does help, especially for scattered-brains like me! So when I can't get to spark, I keep my own journal/planner.
