Woman's World Article

Friday, October 07, 2016

I was reading in Woman's World magazine and came across a small article that I thought had a good suggestion. It brought out that people are more likely to achieve goals if they take time to write down each morning the steps they are going to take that day to help them reach that goal. Making specific plans and scheduling specific times for activities that lead you to your goal greatly increases success.

I've been trying it out and it does help, especially for scattered-brains like me! So when I can't get to spark, I keep my own journal/planner.

I was always a scatterbrain too, until I learned it was A.D.D. and that my Dad had it as well, but my Mother kept him on track. I make a point of writing everything down. I learned a lot from "The Slob Sisters" Pam Young and Peggy Jones who later after 30 yrs sold out to FlyLady.
